[SpecK] on a placard next to a cleaned plate brought a roar of laughter from the whole office at the traditional year end slide show. A fitting tribute to a man who puts more thought to food than is likely prudent.

Obscure Dining Night: Salt Lake City
7:30 on Wednesday nights, announced by @odnslc. Picking up local restaurants to try all the local varieties we can.
Trip Planning:
A week in Oceanside, CA for my birthday. Emphasis on Orange to see my brother's family with his 2 daughters. Maintaining 'Most Favored Uncle' status is hard work, takes a lot of roaming around the country and can make a man hungry.
Next Trip: DC to pick up the rest of my nieces and nephews for the year.
